For any metal parts that need to be fixed in place, our insert press allows us to introduce nuts or threads directly into the sheet metal. The press uses self-crimping inserts of virtually every type and format imaginable.

Is your part too thin for screws? In some cases, we may be able to spin the material before tapping. This operation doubles the thickness of the sheet locally to provide sufficient height for the thread. If spinning is not possible, threaded inserts are one possible alternative.
