Waterjet cutting of Metal Parts

Waterjet cutting is a cutting-edge technology that enables materials to be cut cold, without thermal deformation. Loaded with abrasives, the high-pressure water jets are projected in a very fine beam over the material. They cut simple or complex shapes cleanly and precisely, to within 0.1 mm. The advantage: our machine does not cause any thermal deformation of the material.

How waterjet cutting works ?

Waterjet cutting uses a high‑pressure water jet, combined with abrasive particles, to cut metal parts with high accuracy.
As the process generates no heat‑affected zone, it is particularly suitable for materials sensitive to thermal deformation.

Technical characteristics

  • Cold cutting process (no thermal deformation)
  • High dimensional accuracy (up to ±0.1 mm)
  • Suitable for simple or complex geometries
  • Applicable to various metallic materials
